What kind of Assessment is done?

Do you know what you are made of? Go beyond the scale: Get a full body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water

 

How long are the classes?

  • Gym Live Classes start at 30 minutes, then 45 and 60 minutes.

  • At-Home Classes follow the same format.

What type of classes do you offer during the program?

Our classes are custom designed to take students who are de-conditioned through Fitness Transformation over 12 short and adventurous weeks. Our class model is more of a functional fitness regimen with energetic and fun music. You can expect the following fitness dimensions in your classes: CARDIO, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE, CORE and STRENGTH.

 

What kind of nutrition class is offered and what do I eat?

We promote a whole food (REAL FOOD) model ridding the diet of added sugar and highly processed "anti foods". We do a 21 Day Sugar Detox and help you setup a Macronutrients Based plan where you track protein, fat, carbs and calories until you can eat healthy naturally.

 

How many days a week do I need to exercise?

We ask you to commit to least 3x a week during the 12 week program but the more the better. Working up to doing at least 30 minutes every day is optimal. With at-home video classes and in-gym classes you have maximum flexibility.

Are their age restrictions?

13 with an adult. 16 and up without

What if I need to travel during the program?

We have you covered. At your request you Head Trainer will meet with you beforehand and customize a routine for you. You can use local gym, exercise in a park, on a beach, in a swimming pool or whatever else is available. You can always do your video workout in your room.
