What is the class schedule?

Classes are offered from 7AM to 10AM and 4PM-8PM M-F starting every hour and Satursdays from 8AM-11:00AM. We have 15 stations available so you may need to sign up for your class after we reach our membership capacity.

 

How long are the classes?

  • Classes are 45 minutes long

What type of classes do you offer during the program?

Our class model is a functional fitness workout with energetic and fun music. You can expect the following fitness dimensions in your classes: CARDIO, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE, CORE and STRENGTH.

 

What kind of nutrition class is offered and what do I eat?

We promote a whole food , real food model eliminating as many the highly processed "non foods" as possible. Our groups are coached by a Certified Nutrition Coach online through our Facebook group and the Head Trainer will lead support for in person SYNERGI meetings. The initial goal is to complete  a 21 Day Sugar Detox starting around week 4 or 5 of your membership with direct coaching from your Nutrition Coach.

 

How many days a week do I need to exercise?

We like to see at least 3x a week during the initial 16 week program but the more the better. Working up to doing at 45 minutes every day is optimal. With at-home video classes and in-gym classes you have maximum flexibility.

Are their age restrictions?

14 with an adult. 16 and up without
