What kind of Assessment is done?
Do you know what you are made of? Go beyond the scale. Body composition analysis is essential to goal setting and vital to completely understanding the relationship between health and weight, as traditional methods can be misleading
How long are the classes?

Gym Live Classes start at 30 minutes, then 45 and 60 minutes.

At-Home Classes follow the same format.
What type of classes do you offer during the program?
Our classes are custom designed to take students who are de-conditioned through Fitness Transformation over 12 short and adventurous weeks. Our class model is more of a functional fitness regimen with energetic and fun music. You can expect the following fitness dimensions in your classes: CARDIO, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE, CORE and STRENGTH.
What kind of nutrition class is offered and what do I eat?
We promote a whole food (REAL FOOD) model ridding the diet of added sugar and highly processed "anti foods". The local Lead Trainer will lead support face to face. The initial goal is to complete a Day Sugar Detox starting around week 4.. Depending on your level of sugar dependency you may be advised to transition into the detox. Cutting back significantly weeks 1-4 boost your preparation for the full detox.
How many days a week do I need to exercise?
We ask you to commit to at least 3x a week during the initial introductory 12 week program but the more the better. Working up to doing at least 30 minutes every day is optimal. With at-home video classes and in-gym classes you have maximum flexibility.
Are their age restrictions?
13 with an adult. 16 and up without
What if I need to travel during the program?
We have you covered. At your request you Head Trainer will meet with you beforehand and customize a routine for you. You can use local gym, exercise in a park, on a beach, in a swimming pool or whatever else is available. You can always do your RAMP class video in your room.
Can I cancel my membership?
Your 12 week RAMP membership may be cancelled up until the kick off and receive a full refund of your Program Fee
